In recent developments, COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation completed acquisitions on October 31, 2024, integrating chemical logistics from affiliates COSCO SHIPPING Investment Dalian Co., Ltd. and COSCO Shipping (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., including 100% stakes in Shanghai COSCO SHIPPING Chemical Carrier Co., Ltd.
