Community West Bancshares is a bank holding company headquartered in Fresno, California, providing a broad range of commercial and retail banking services primarily through its subsidiary, Community West Bank. The company offers comprehensive financial products including commercial lending, real estate loans, agribusiness loans, SBA loans, residential construction and mortgage loans, manufactured housing loans, private banking, cash management, deposit accounts such as checking and savings, and treasury management services. Community West Bancshares serves business and personal clients across Central and Greater California, including the San Joaquin Valley, Greater Sacramento, and the Central Coast regions. Founded in 1980, the company operates 26 full-service banking centers in these areas. The company announced shareholder-friendly initiatives in 2025 including a quarterly cash dividend and authorization of a share repurchase program for up to 3% of outstanding shares. Executive leadership changes are also underway, with the current president retiring in early 2026 and the CEO assuming combined roles as president and CEO starting April 2026. Community West Bancshares continues to focus on high-quality asset management, loan growth, and expanding its service offerings to its regional customer base.
