- Daura Gold Corp. is a Vancouver, British Columbia-headquartered precious-metals exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold, silver and polymetallic mineral properties in South America. The Company’s principal activities comprise geological mapping; surface rock-chip and channel sampling; historical drill-core review and resampling; induced-polarization geophysical surveying; remote-sensing and alteration-targeting studies; diamond drilling; mineral-concession staking; and project evaluation and development. Daura Gold’s portfolio includes the 100%-owned Antonella-Libélulas gold-silver project in Ancash, Peru, its flagship drill-ready epithermal vein-system asset; the 100%-owned Tayacoto-Agustina polymetallic project in Ancash, which is prospective for silver, gold, lead, copper and zinc mineralization and potential underlying porphyry systems; and the 100%-owned Yanamina gold project in Ancash, which contains a historical, non-current estimate of 206,800 ounces of gold. In Argentina, the Company holds an option from Latin Metals Inc. to earn up to an 80% interest in the Cerro Bayo and La Flora gold-silver projects in Santa Cruz Province’s Deseado Massif, where it conducts geophysical, geochemical and drill-targeting programs. Daura Gold’s Peruvian concession portfolio comprises more than 18,000 hectares in the Ancash region, while its Argentine optioned land package encompasses more than 28,000 hectares. Its shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol DGC and on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol DGCOF.
The Company’s principal products are mineral exploration targets and technical geological datasets focused on high-grade epithermal gold-silver veins, polymetallic silver-lead-copper-zinc-gold occurrences and porphyry-related mineralization; its services and operating activities include exploration-stage mineral-property acquisition, claim staking, geological interpretation, assay-based resource-target generation, drilling-program design and execution, and strategic project advancement. Antonella-Libélulas comprises a 10,600-hectare high-grade gold-silver land position surrounding the Bonita vein system, with historical drilling and subsequent re-logging, infill sampling and surface sampling used to delineate mineralized structural corridors. Tayacoto-Agustina comprises a 2,000-hectare early-stage exploration block adjacent to the Daniela project and is advanced through reconnaissance sampling, mapping and ASTER-based hydrothermal-alteration analysis. Yanamina comprises more than 4,700 hectares of prospective ground with near-surface gold mineralization and a historical resource base. Cerro Bayo and La Flora comprise gold-silver exploration concessions in the Deseado Massif, where the Company targets epithermal mineralization through induced-polarization surveys, surface sampling and diamond drilling.
Recent corporate and operational developments include the September 2026 announcement of a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to $2 million, consisting of up to 8,695,652 units at $0.23 per unit, with proceeds intended to fund exploration and planned drilling at Cerro Bayo and La Flora in Argentina, continued advancement of Antonella in Peru, and working capital. The Company completed its initial Cerro Bayo drilling program in the second quarter of 2026 and indicates that Phase II drilling is scheduled to begin in October 2026; it also reports high-grade gold-silver mineralization from Phase I drilling and high-grade surface-sampling results at La Flora during 2026. In May 2026, Daura advanced its option agreement with Latin Metals Inc. to Phase II drilling at Cerro Bayo and La Flora, and expanded the Antonella-Libélulas project through the staking of two additional claims. In March 2026, the Company added the 1,000-hectare Agustina concession north of Tayacoto; in February 2026, it reported upgraded historical Antonella drill intercepts following infill sampling and appointed an exploration manager; and in March 2026, its U.S. quotation was uplisted to the OTCQB Venture Market. Daura Gold previously closed an upsized $7 million private placement in October 2025 and entered the Latin Metals option arrangement in November 2025.
