Draganfly operates worldwide with secure North American manufacturing, targeting government agencies, defense contractors, first responders, enterprises and research institutions. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, the company maintains NDAA compliance and a growing patent portfolio in drone design, automation and sensors. Recent developments include a strategic defense partnership with Global Ordnance, a U.S. Defense Logistics Agency prime contractor, to accelerate adoption of Draganfly UAS in U.S. and allied markets through integrated manufacturing and mission-specific capabilities; a US$25 million registered direct offering to institutional investors to fund growth, product innovation and acquisitions; a teaming agreement with Autonome Labs for landmine route-clearance technologies; U.S. Department of Defense selection of the Commander 3XL and a 100% success rate in U.S. Army SMEX25 trials; alongside Q3 2025 revenue of $2.16 million, up 14.4% year-over-year.
