Excelerate Energy, Inc. (NYSE: EE) provides flexible liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure solutions worldwide, offering integrated services across the LNG value chain including floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs), regasification services, infrastructure development, LNG and natural gas supply, terminal management, and LNG transportation; the company operates a fleet of purpose-built FSRUs with total regasification capacity exceeding 6 billion cubic feet per day and delivers end-to-end solutions from procurement and import to power generation and distribution. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, Excelerate maintains operational presence in multiple countries across five continents, including Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Finland, Germany, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Jamaica, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom, serving sovereign governments, utilities, and industrial customers to enhance energy security and support the transition to cleaner energy. Excelerate Energy, Inc. is a subsidiary of Excelerate Energy Holdings, LLC. In March 2025, the company entered a definitive agreement to acquire New Fortress Energy Inc.'s Jamaica downstream LNG and power infrastructure business for $1.055 billion in cash, encompassing the Montego Bay LNG Terminal, Old Harbour LNG Terminal, and Clarendon combined heat and power plant, which generates stable cash flows from long-term contracts and expands Excelerate's integrated platform in the Atlantic Basin market; the transaction, expected to close in the second quarter of 2025 subject to approvals, is immediately accretive to earnings per share. Recently, Excelerate raised its full-year 2025 Adjusted EBITDA guidance and reported pro forma financial results incorporating the Jamaica acquisition.
