Ebusco Holding N.V. Ebusco Holding N.V. develops, manufactures, and distributes zero-emission electric buses and charging systems; supplies ancillary products and services to the electric vehicle ecosystem; and produces energy storage systems and mobile energy containers, including battery change, repair, and maintenance services. The company offers fully electric city and regional buses with ranges of 300 to 700 kilometers, accommodating 95 to 150 passengers, emphasizing lightweight design, cutting-edge technology, zero emissions, and no noise for sustainable public transport. Ebusco Holding N.V. operates in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Benelux countries, Spain, France, and other international markets; it was founded in 2010 or 2012 and maintains headquarters in Deurne, Netherlands. In November 2024, the company executed an investment agreement with Hefei Gotion High-Tech Power Energy Co. Ltd. through which Gotion commits to subscribe for up to EUR 5 million in rump shares from a rights issue, potentially gaining a 9.3% stake and board nomination rights, while using proceeds to settle accounts payable and strengthen the balance sheet via a long-term strategic partnership. Ebusco Holding N.V. also progressed a EUR 36 million rights issue with commitments from investors including CVI Investments, Inc., VDVI B.V., and Peter Bijvelds Holding Erp B.V., alongside a customer settlement canceling 76 bus deliveries, reducing penalties, and enabling resale of advanced-production units to improve liquidity.
