Exmar N.V. Exmar NV engages in the provision of shipping, energy infrastructure, and supporting services worldwide, with a focus on the operation, transportation, and transformation of liquefied gases including liquefied natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, butane, propane, anhydrous ammonia, and petrochemical gases. The company operates through three main segments: Shipping, which encompasses midsize gas carriers, very large gas carriers, and pressurized vessels for gas transport; Infrastructure, which includes ownership, leasing, and operation of floating production storage and offloading units, floating storage and regasification units such as Eemshaven LNG in the Netherlands and Tango FLNG in Congo-Brazzaville, accommodation barges like Nunce in Angola, and engineering services via subsidiaries Exmar Offshore Company and DVO for offshore projects including Opti-Ex designs; and Supporting Services, covering ship management, technical crewing, consultancy, manufacturing of marine ropes, travel agency services via Travel Plus, yachting, and investments in offshore drilling firms like Vantage Drilling International and Ventura Offshore Holding. Exmar N.V. designs, builds, installs, and maintains specialized maritime assets for oil, gas, fertilizer, clean energy fuel, petrochemical, mining, and drilling industries, serving clients through long-term charters, engineering procurement construction contracts, and operational management. Recent developments include ongoing fleet renewal with deliveries of dual-fuel LPG midsize gas carriers like Champagny and Courchevel in early 2025, sales of older vessels such as Waregem, Debbie, Helane, and planned divestments of Anne and Fatime, establishment of Exmar LPG France for newbuild operations, engineering contract with BP for an Opti-Ex design, extension of Nunce barge deployment to 2026, unsecured EUR 80 million revolving credit facility with KBC in August 2025, financing of four midsize gas carriers under construction in China, divestiture of Bexco NV to Bekaert NV and Wariboko barge to Adnoc group in 2024, novation of four shipbuilding contracts from Avance Gas in February 2025, and a voluntary public takeover offer by Saverex for remaining shares.
