Business
Cadeler A/S Cadeler A/S provides offshore wind farm installation, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning services worldwide from its headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, where it was founded in 2008. The Denmark-based pure-play company owns and operates a fleet of high-end jack-up windfarm installation vessels (WFIVs), including Wind Orca, Wind Osprey, Wind Scylla, Wind Zaratan, Wind Peak, Wind Pace, Wind Maker, Wind Keeper, and the recently delivered Wind Mover; these vessels support transport and installation of offshore wind turbine generators (WTGs) and foundations, platform topsides and substations, maintenance of WTGs and structures, offshore construction and decommissioning in renewables, accommodation and crane support, salvage assistance, and heavy lift/project cargo. Cadeler serves major clients such as Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Ørsted, and RWE across Europe, North America, Taiwan, and Japan, focusing on next-generation turbines and foundations with an emphasis on safety, environmental standards, and energy transition projects. In 2025, Cadeler expanded its fleet strategically by acquiring and taking early delivery of the Wind Keeper jack-up vessel in May and July, respectively, securing a three-year contract worth approximately EUR 210m with Vestas starting in 2026 plus options; it further grew to ten vessels with the November delivery of Wind Mover to meet rising global operations and maintenance demand. Cadeler lists on the Oslo Stock Exchange (CADLR.OL) and New York Stock Exchange (CDLR).
