- Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the sale, trading, and distribution of natural gas and related products to residential, industrial, commercial, and transportation customers across China. The company operates through three main segments: City Gas Operation, which involves the sale of natural gas, provision of repair and maintenance services, pipeline construction services, and value-added services; Trading and Distribution of Natural Gas, which includes the distribution and trading of compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), fuel oil, and other related oil by-products as a wholesaler to industrial and commercial users, as well as direct LNG supply through dedicated facilities; and Integrated Clean Energy and New Energy, which encompasses the operation of CNG and LNG refueling stations for vehicles, sale of gas-related equipment, and development of renewable energy initiatives such as distributed energy, hydrogen energy, and solar projects. It maintains a nationwide presence with a focus on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Yangtze River Delta, and other key areas, leveraging synergies with its controlling shareholder, Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd., to expand the full LNG industry chain including transportation, distribution, and trade services from terminals in Tianjin and Tangshan.
