Arctic Paper S.A. operates three mills in Kostrzyn nad Odrą (Poland), Munkedal (Sweden), and Grycksbo (Sweden); manages sales offices throughout Europe; generates, transmits, and distributes electricity and heat; and produces hydropower, with majority ownership of Rottneros AB, a Swedish pulp producer that supplies pulp for its own paper products. Founded in 1740 and headquartered in Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Poland, the company is a subsidiary of Nemus Holding AB and lists its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (ticker: ATC.WA) and Nasdaq Stockholm. Recent developments include the November 2024 acquisition of a 4 MW solar park in Garwolin, Poland, from Coral J.W. Perkowski, increasing its total installed photovoltaic capacity to 23 MW across four sites in Sweden and Poland to expand its energy segment; and a 2025 acquisition of additional shares in subsidiary Rottneros AB through a share issue without subscription rights.
