MOS House Group Limited (1653.HK) is an investment holding company engaged in the retail and supply of tiles and bathroom fixtures in Hong Kong and Macau. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the company operates through two main segments: Trading of Tiles and Bathroom Fixture Products, and Property Investment; it specializes in high-end imported porcelain, ceramic, quartz and mosaic tiles from Europe, along with bathroom fixtures including bath tubs, wash basins and accessories, supplied via 15 retail shops and non-retail channels to residential, commercial renovation projects, hotel developments and distributors in the People's Republic of China. It also provides solar panel installation services, supply and distribution of battery energy storage units, and property leasing activities. As a subsidiary of RB Power Limited, formerly known as RBMS Group Limited until its name change in January 2018, the company serves the home improvement, remodeling and construction markets. Recent developments include the September 2023 acquisition of a target company for HK$15 million to expand renewable energy operations with solar panel systems and energy savings solutions, complemented by the January 2024 completion of a 50% equity stake in Smart Asian Limited for project-based services.
