Business
United Strength Power Holdings Limited, an investment holding entity, maintains and operates vehicle natural gas refueling points across the People's Republic of China. The company's operations encompass the direct sale of refined oil, compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and liquefied natural gas (LNG) to end-users. Additionally, it engages in the wholesale and trading of LPG, CNG, and various related chemical products, alongside offering petroleum and gas transportation services. The business also includes the management of storage facilities and the advancement of energy technology solutions. Established in 1997, the company is headquartered in Changchun, PRC, and functions as a subsidiary of Golden Truth Holdings Limited. As of recent disclosures, the group manages a network comprising 19 CNG stations, 5 LPG stations, and 1 mixed-fuel (CNG-LNG) station primarily within Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province in Northeast China. In a strategic adjustment during May 2025, funds initially allocated for mergers and acquisitions were redirected towards enhancing the company's refueling station network and expanding its logistics vehicle fleets, targeting completion by the close of 2025.
