Best Mart 360 Holdings Limited, an investment holding company founded in 2013 and headquartered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, operates chain retail stores under the Best Mart 360° and FoodVille brands, primarily in Hong Kong and Macau; it retails imported prepackaged leisure foods and grocery products including chocolates and confectioneries, nuts and dried fruits, packaged bakery products and snacks, biscuits and pastries, cereals and milk, beverages and wine, rice noodles and groceries, frozen and chilled foods, canned foods, and other miscellaneous items such as household products, personal care items, and anti-epidemic products; the company also engages in wholesale of food and beverage, household, and personal care products, as well as property holding. As of June 2025, it operates 178 stores across 18 districts in Hong Kong and Macau, including 172 in Hong Kong and 6 in Macau, plus 8 FoodVille stores targeting mid-to-high-end global products like fine wines, premium chocolates, health foods, cheese, and Western sauces and ingredients. Recent developments include joining the foodpanda mall platform in June 2025 to expand online sales channels, a sales and procurement agreement with controlling shareholder China Merchants Hoi Tung Trading Company Limited—which acquired a 49% stake in 2023—to leverage its supply chain and logistics networks, appointment of Lu Rong as new chairman and Sun Liang as executive director in 2025 following leadership changes amid a prior CEO investigation unrelated to operations, and ongoing store optimization with growth in private label sales representing 17.5% of revenue for the first half of 2025.
