Business
Dabaco Group Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based diversified agribusiness conglomerate primarily engaged in the integrated agriculture, livestock, and food processing value chain operating under the Feed-Farm-Food (3F) model. The company operates across multiple core business segments: Animal Feed, Livestock Breeding and Farming, Food Processing, Vegetable Oil Extraction, Animal Health and Biotechnology, and Real Estate and Industrial Infrastructure. Its comprehensive product and service portfolio comprises animal feed manufacturing for swine, poultry, cattle, and aquaculture under brand names such as Dabaco, Topfeeds, Kinh Bac, Khangti Vina, and Nasaco; livestock breeding and commercial farming operations, including grandparent and parent breeding pigs, commercial swine, colored broilers, and laying hens; fresh and processed meat products, including chilled pork, poultry, sausages, ham, canned meats, and pasteurized table eggs under the Dabaco and Devi brands; edible vegetable oil production and soybean meal processing via its dedicated crushing facilities under the Coba and Umi brands; veterinary pharmaceuticals, biological products, and specialized livestock vaccines; packaging manufacturing, including polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) woven bags; and real estate development, encompassing industrial park infrastructure, urban residential projects, civil construction, and retail supermarket chains under the Dabaco Mart banner. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, the company primarily operates across northern and central Vietnam while progressively expanding its trade and distribution channels internationally. In recent major developments, Dabaco Group has advanced the commercialization and international distribution readiness of its proprietary African Swine Fever (ASF) vaccine, Dacovac-ASF2, following the commissioning of its high-tech veterinary vaccine manufacturing facility and completion of regulatory field evaluations. The company has formed strategic partnerships with international livestock and biotechnology enterprises to advance animal genetics transfer, biosecurity standards, and cross-border vaccine distribution. Furthermore, Dabaco has executed capital increase initiatives and allocated funding toward the expansion of mega-scale high-tech pig farming complexes in provinces such as Thanh Hoa, Binh Phuoc, and Hoa Binh, alongside the phase-two capacity expansion of its soybean oil extraction and refining plant.
