Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company operates as a financial services and wealth technology firm providing securities brokerage, investment banking, asset management, and digital wealth management services in Vietnam. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, the company operates as a subsidiary of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) and lists its shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange under the ticker TCX. The company delivers its financial solutions to individual retail investors, high-net-worth clients, and institutional corporations primarily through its proprietary TCInvest digital platform. Its product and service portfolio comprises equity brokerage, trading execution, and custody services for listed equities, exchange-traded funds, derivatives, and covered warrants; margin lending, securities financing, and portfolio leverage solutions; corporate bond underwriting, origination, distribution, and secondary trading through its iConnect platform; open-ended and mutual fund certificate distribution and portfolio management services through its Fundmart platform; digital wealth management, robo-advisory, and automated asset allocation tools; structured financial products, asset securitization, and private capital solutions; and investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions advisory, equity and debt underwriting, and corporate restructuring advisory. In recent developments, the company significantly expanded its charter capital base through large-scale equity issuances and dividend share distributions, positioning itself among the highest-capitalized securities institutions in Vietnam. To support growing margin financing demand and market-making activities, the company secured a record 488 million USD unsecured syndicated loan facility backed by a syndicate of international financial institutions across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Furthermore, the company continues to scale its WealthTech infrastructure by deploying advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning tools across TCInvest for personalized investment insights and automated analytics, while advancing strategic initiatives into structured digital assets and modern corporate treasury solutions.
