Business
PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk (CGAS.JK) operates as an Indonesia-based energy company specializing in the trading and distribution of compressed natural gas (CNG) to industrial, retail, transportation, commercial, and power generation sectors; it also engages in gas equipment trading, sales, installation, engineering procurement construction (EPC) for CNG stations, vehicle conversion setups, independent power producer operations, and maintenance services for natural gas facilities. The company offers CNG under the GASRA brand, utilizing gas transport modules (GTM) in 10-foot, 20-foot, and 40-foot sizes along with customizable pressure reduction systems (PRS), and provides business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) models including consulting for operations and maintenance. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Bekasi, Indonesia, with mother stations in Palembang, Cikarang, Sidoarjo, and Grobogan, it serves areas across Sumatra and Java not reached by pipeline networks, targeting industries, hotels, restaurants, malls, hospitals, apartments, laundries, MSMEs, and natural gas vehicles (NGV). In recent developments, a subsidiary launched a new CNG station in July 2025 projecting up to IDR 150 billion in annual revenue, while in February 2025 the company signed a head of agreement with PT Odira Energy Karang Agung for its second liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Riau and South Sumatra with 4 MMBTU capacity slated for 2027 operations and potential USD 4.3 million yearly revenue; its first LNG project advances toward 2026 completion, alongside ongoing plans for multiple new projects through 2028 and a 2025 annual general meeting approving dividends and board changes.
