Founded in 1995 as PT Duta Kirana Finance Tbk and renamed PT Central Omega Resources Tbk in 2008 upon shifting to mining operations following its 1997 IPO, the company is headquartered at Plaza Asia, 6th Floor, Jl. Jendral Sudirman Kav. 59, Jakarta, Indonesia 12190. It operates through subsidiaries focused on mining business licenses (IUP) for production operations and maintains a total nickel ore mining capacity of 3 million tons per annum. PT Central Omega Resources Tbk functions as a subsidiary of PT Jinsheng Mining.
