Business
PT Pan Brothers Tbk engages in the manufacturing and sale of garments, including knitted garments, woven garments, woven jackets, and technical, functional, and activewear apparel designed for sports and outdoor activities such as snowboarding, skiing, jogging, and hiking. The company also offers cut and sewn knit garments including polo shirts, golf shirts, training jackets, and casual shirts. Additionally, it operates fabric mills, embroidery factories, garment laundry services, and printing facilities through subsidiaries like PT Ocean Asia Industry, PT Victory Pan Multitex, PT Eco Laundry Hijau Indonesia, and PT Prima Cosmic Screen Graphics. Founded in 1980 with headquarters in Tangerang, Indonesia, Pan Brothers has manufacturing facilities in Tangerang, Bandung, Boyolali, Sragen, Ungaran, Tasikmalaya, and operates internationally serving markets in the United States, Europe, Canada, Japan, Australia, and Asia. Recently, it completed a significant financial restructuring in November 2025, issuing new notes and mandatory convertible bonds that extend debt maturity by 11-15 years with lower interest rates, improving liquidity but with ongoing tight funding access. The company also expanded its product offerings to include personal protective equipment such as masks and hazmat suits and operates through subsidiaries and joint ventures, including expansion into Vietnam for better access to trade agreements. It is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 1990 and is Indonesia’s largest garment manufacturer with a production capacity targeted at 130 million pieces annually in 2025. The restructuring and strategic expansions aim to support long-term operational turnaround and revenue recovery from a challenging market environment.
