Business
Intellinetics, Inc. (NYSE American: INLX) provides document management software and services to small-to-medium businesses and government sectors in the United States. The company develops, markets, and licenses solutions through two segments: Document Management, which includes the flagship IntelliCloud content management platform offering advanced security, compliance, workflow, collaboration, image processing, accounts payable lifecycle automation, and records management; and Document Conversion, encompassing digital scanning, micrographics conversion, microfilm and microfiche services, and long-term paper and microfilm storage and retrieval. Additional services comprise YellowFolder, a specialized content management solution for K-12 education; business process outsourcing; software maintenance and support; installation, integration, training, and consulting; and payables automation solutions, with Capture as a Service providing recurring revenue streams. Intellinetics targets highly regulated industries including healthcare and human services, K-12 education, public safety, state and local governments, homebuilders, financial services, and risk management. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, the company operates primarily in the United States. Recent developments include the award of its largest contract in company history on June 2, 2025; prepayment of all outstanding notes in June 2025, eliminating interest expense; expansion of payables automation into the K-12 market and with a leading Canadian homebuilder in June 2025; successful testing of a large microfilm conversion project adding Q4 2025 and future revenue; renewal of a major five-year contract with a potential additional five-year extension; growth in SaaS revenues, up 14.6% in Q3 2025 year-over-year; and initiatives to leverage AI for new features, marketing, customer support, and internal development efficiencies.
