ReGen III Corp. (TSXV: GIII; OTCQB: ISRJF), a cleantech company founded in 2017 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, commercializes its patented ReGen technology to recycle used motor oil into premium regenerated Group III and Group II+ base oils for high-performance synthetic lubricants; the proprietary process removes additives and contaminants from used motor oil, delivering industry-leading yields of sustainable base oils that reduce CO2e emissions by 82% compared to virgin crude-derived alternatives; operations target North American markets with plans for a flagship 5,600 barrels per day re-refining facility in Texas City, Texas, supported by engineering partners including Koch Project Solutions, PCL Industrial Management, Koch Modular Process Systems, and Duke Technologies. The company, formerly Gen III Oil Corporation until its name change in May 2021, completed front-end loading 2 (FEL2) and value engineering for the Texas facility in 2022 and continues to advance commercialization without reliance on government subsidies. In November 2025, ReGen III received sub-agreements totaling $3.975 million from over 97% of convertible debenture holders as part of its debenture exchange, strengthening its financial position; it also closed non-brokered private placements, including 8,750,000 units at $0.20 in July 2025 and an initial tranche of 2,650,000 units at $0.20 in October 2024, to fund strategic deployment of its technology across additional markets.
