Business
CosLeaguer Global Co., Ltd., formerly known as SEOULEAGUER Co., Ltd., is a South Korea-based integrated beauty and healthcare enterprise engaged in cosmetic original design manufacturing (ODM) and original equipment manufacturing (OEM), proprietary skincare brand operations, medical aesthetic product distribution, and hospital management service organization (MSO) support. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates across four primary business segments: Cosmetics Manufacturing and Brand Operations, Medical Aesthetics and Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare Management Services, and Consumer Accessories. In its cosmetics division, the company provides end-to-end research, formulation, packaging design, and manufacturing services for clean beauty, derma cosmetics, and functional personal care products through its manufacturing subsidiary, CosLeaguer; and commercializes proprietary and acquired skincare brands—most notably beplain, alongside I'm SEOUL, Dr. SAM KIM, Beautysys, and Papier Haus—offering facial cleansers, clarifying ampoules, pore clay masks, hydrating toners, restorative serums, sun care formulations, and specialized dermatological treatments. In its healthcare and medical aesthetics division, the company engages in the wholesale, distribution, and export of aesthetic consumables and therapeutic solutions, including botulinum toxin products, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, skin boosters, in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical equipment, and clinical supplies through distribution networks such as Hanchung Medical. Through its MSO division, the company provides comprehensive operational infrastructure services to aesthetic dermatology clinics, plastic surgery practices (including Muse Clinic), and health screening centers, encompassing group purchasing and supply chain management, administrative consulting, personnel management, marketing, and brand licensing. Additionally, the company maintains secondary operations in the distribution of mobile peripheral accessories. In recent strategic developments, the company officially rebranded from SEOULEAGUER Co., Ltd. to CosLeaguer Global Co., Ltd. in early 2026 to signify its transformation into an integrated global beauty platform covering the complete value chain from cosmetic R&D and manufacturing to international brand marketing. To expand its direct-to-consumer brand portfolio and global footprint, the company acquired Moments Company Co., Ltd., the corporate operator of the indie skincare brand beplain, thereby scaling its distribution across North America, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Concurrently, the company internalized production capabilities through its specialized ODM/OEM manufacturing entity to enhance operating margins and support third-party brand incubation. On the capital structure front, the company completed a five-to-one reverse stock split in April 2026, consolidating par value to stabilize its share price and optimize corporate valuation following its strategic business reorganization.
