Mcnulty Korea Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based comprehensive food, beverage, and healthcare company primarily engaged in the processing, manufacturing, and distribution of coffee and beverage products, alongside the contract manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and health functional foods. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Cheonan, South Korea, the company operates across three principal business segments: Coffee and Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, and Health Functional Foods. In its core Coffee and Beverages segment, the company manufactures and markets a diverse lineup of roasted whole beans; ground coffee blends; single-serve drip bags; instant soluble coffee sticks; liquid beverage pouches; ready-to-drink canned coffees; and liquid tea concentrates, marketed under proprietary brands including iBrew, Happy Coffee, Horaengi, Tea Brew, God-sungbi, and the business-to-business line to-be Coffee, while additionally supplying original equipment manufacturing and original design manufacturing services to commercial retailers, hypermarkets, and food service operators. In its Pharmaceuticals segment, conducted through its subsidiary Mcnulty Pharma Co., Ltd., the company provides contract development and manufacturing organization, contract manufacturing organization, and contract sales organization services, producing generic prescription medications across multiple therapeutic categories including cardiovascular treatments for hypertension and hyperlipidemia; metabolic treatments for diabetes; gastrointestinal therapeutics; and antihistamines, as well as proprietary medical solutions such as EndoAlcom, an endoscopic submucosal dissection lifting agent. In its Health Functional Foods segment, operated through Mcnulty Bio Co., Ltd., the company manufactures and distributes dietary supplements, botanical extracts, and daily wellness formulations. In recent developments, Mcnulty Korea has accelerated product diversification and retail expansion by launching the Horaengi canned latte series, ultra-large capacity 2.1-liter liquid pouch beverages, and single-serve Tea Brew liquid tea sticks distributed through major national convenience store chains, alongside debuting its cost-effective God-sungbi brand and dedicated to-be commercial coffee brand. To expand its geographic footprint, the company received the Seven Million Dollar Export Tower honor in recognition of growing international shipments across overseas retail and food service channels. Concurrently, the pharmaceutical division has expanded commercialization efforts for EndoAlcom, pursuing innovative medical device designation and ramping up contract manufacturing capacity to support long-term healthcare revenue targets across clinical and hospital markets.
