CU Tech Corp. is a South Korea-based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider primarily engaged in the surface mount technology (SMT) processing and manufacturing of flexible printed circuit board assemblies (FPCA) and rigid-flexible printed circuit board assemblies (RF-PCA) for consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial applications. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Pyeongtaek, South Korea, the company operates as a consolidated subsidiary of Japan-based technology distributor Restar Corporation. CU Tech Corp. organizes its operations around specialized printed circuit assembly solutions across multiple product lines, including: mobile display FPCAs for smartphones and smartwatches; medium-to-large OLED and LCD display assemblies for tablet computers, notebook PCs, and premium televisions; automotive electronics consisting of center information display (CID) modules, digital cockpit assemblies, head-up displays (HUD), advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) camera sensor boards, and electric vehicle (EV) battery management system (BMS) assemblies; and custom electronic assemblies for healthcare and medical diagnostic devices. The company serves Tier-1 electronics and display manufacturers, maintaining longstanding supply chain partnerships with Samsung Display, Samsung SDI, and Samsung Electro-Mechanics. CU Tech Corp. supports its global client base through large-scale manufacturing facilities located in Ha Nam Province, Vietnam (CU-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd.) and Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China (Dongguan Xinyu Electronics Co., Ltd.), alongside research, development, and administrative headquarters in South Korea. In recent developments, CU Tech Corp. has strategically broadened its revenue mix by expanding high-value automotive electronics and mid-to-large IT OLED display assembly lines to diminish reliance on mobile handset cycles. In July 2025, the company completed a statutory absorption merger of its subsidiary Levinix Co., Ltd. to eliminate operational redundancies and optimize cost efficiencies. In addition, CU Tech Corp. has advanced capital allocation and shareholder return initiatives, establishing a KRW 1.0 billion share repurchase program in mid-2026 and approving the retirement of 352,400 treasury shares in September 2026.
