LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. develops, manufactures, and markets disposable and implantable medical devices and human tissue cryopreservation services for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease worldwide. The company offers a diversified portfolio of products including valvulotomes to disrupt valves in saphenous veins for arterial bypass; embolectomy and thrombectomy catheters to remove arterial and venous clots; occlusion and perfusion catheters to control and deliver blood flow; carotid shunts to maintain cerebral blood flow during surgery; vascular grafts such as LifeSpan expanded polytetrafluoroethylene grafts, biosynthetic grafts for lower extremity bypass and dialysis access, and Artegraft bovine carotid artery biologic grafts; biologic patches including XenoSure, VascuCel, and CardioCel for vessel and cardiac repair; allografts for vascular reconstruction and cryopreservation services; phlebectomy systems for varicose vein treatment; angioscopes for vessel visualization; radiopaque tape; and vessel closure systems using titanium clips. LeMaitre Vascular sells directly to hospitals in over 25 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific through more than 160 sales representatives and distributors in 90 countries; it was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts. Recent developments include strong organic sales growth of 15% in 2025 with raised full-year revenue guidance to $251 million, driven by 27% expansion in catheters and grafts and 23% growth in EMEA; receipt of MDR CE Mark approval for Artegraft enabling accelerated European market penetration for EVAR applications; a 26% surge in Q4 2024 operating income from Artegraft integration and operational efficiencies boosting gross margins to 70%; and a 25% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.20 per share in early 2025.
