In recent developments, Lowe's completed the $8.8 billion acquisition of Foundation Building Materials in October 2025 to expand its Pro offerings with enhanced product assortment, faster fulfillment, digital tools, and trade credit in key geographies including California, the Northeast, and Midwest; it also finalized the acquisition of Artisan Design Group in June 2025, creating a comprehensive interior solutions platform for flooring, cabinets, countertops, and homebuilder services, while reporting third-quarter 2025 net earnings of $1.6 billion and updating full-year sales outlook to $86 billion.
