Neodecortech offers over 900 designs across woods, stones and surfaces, fancies and textiles, and flooring categories, marketed under Confalonieri, Texte and Plana brands. Founded in 1947 and headquartered in Filago, Italy, the company operates three production sites in Italy and sells to customers in Italy, Europe, the United States, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, with net sales distributed as approximately 42% Italy, 49% Europe and the balance overseas. A subsidiary of Finanziaria Valentini S.p.A., Neodecortech maintains an integrated industrial chain covering raw materials, printing, impregnation, finishing and logistics. In November 2025, Neodecortech completed the acquisition of Lamitex S.p.A. for EUR 8.38 million in cash and shares, adding innovative decorative laminates for furniture and interior architecture with a focus on aesthetic quality and sustainability; Lamitex reported 2024 revenue of EUR 12.8 million and EBITDA of EUR 1.8 million, and will operate as a separate entity to expand product range, introduce new technologies and enter distribution channels. Formerly known as Confalonieri S.p.A., the company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and emphasizes sustainability through eco-friendly energy production and Italian-style design innovation.
