Business
Bradda Head Lithium Limited engages in the exploration and development of lithium deposits and resources in the United States. The company holds 100% owned projects across three principal lithium deposit types including sedimentary clay-hosted deposits at the Basin Project in central Arizona covering approximately 20.7 square kilometers with Basin East, Basin East Extension, Basin North, Basin West and Basin West Extension claim blocks; the Wikieup Project also in Arizona; lithium pegmatite deposits at the San Domingo Project in the Arizona Pegmatite District spanning Maricopa and Yavapai counties; and lithium brine deposits at the Wilson and Eureka Projects in Lander County, Nevada, with Eureka located approximately 115 miles north-northeast of the Silver Peak lithium brine operation. All projects benefit from proximity to infrastructure and end-users in the strategically important U.S. lithium market. Incorporated on October 28, 2009 in the British Virgin Islands and headquartered in Tortola, the company formerly known as Bradda Head Holdings Limited changed its name in September 2021. Recent developments include a royalty agreement with Lithium Royalty Corp granting a 2% gross overriding royalty on Arizona sedimentary claims in exchange for US$2.5 million upfront plus milestone payments; achievement of a 1 million tonne lithium carbonate equivalent mineral resource at Basin triggering a further US$2.5 million payment recognized as a gain; expansion drilling at Basin in 2024 increasing the resource nearly three-fold to 2.8 million tonnes LCE; completion of a second phase 18,950 feet drilling program at San Domingo in December 2023 with encouraging assay results received in January 2024; and submission of a revised Exploration Plan of Operations at Basin anticipating Bureau of Land Management approval in the second half of 2025 alongside ongoing metallurgical analysis and evaluation of lithium-in-oil brines for direct lithium extraction.
