The company operates more than 20 manufacturing facilities with over 13,000 employees, emphasizing operational excellence, product innovation and agile production through standardized components and automation. Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Beachwood, Ohio, with operations headquarters in Jasper, Indiana, MasterBrand recently completed the acquisition of Supreme Cabinetry Brands in 2024 for $520 million to expand its premium kitchen and bath offerings, enhance dealer networks and realize $28 million in annual run-rate cost synergies from procurement, facility optimization and overhead reductions; in 2025, it announced and received shareholder approval for an all-stock merger with American Woodmark Corporation, positioning MasterBrand shareholders to own approximately 63% of the combined entity and delivering additional cost synergies atop ongoing savings initiatives.
