Business
Mogul Energy International, Inc. (MGUY) provides refrigerated trucking and logistics services through its subsidiaries to companies in the floral, plant, food, and other perishable industries requiring time-sensitive, temperature-controlled supply chain solutions; core offerings include long-haul and regional refrigerated transportation, warehouse consolidation, dedicated logistics, and distribution for high-value commodities such as floral products, produce, plants, dairy, poultry, meats, and dry goods. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, with operational bases supporting nationwide U.S. coverage including Florida and California, the company targets temperature-sensitive segments of the industrials and trucking sectors. In December 2022, Mogul Energy completed a transformative reverse triangular merger acquiring the FLORA group of companies—Florida Beauty Flora, Inc., Florida Beauty Express, Inc., Floral Logistics of California, Inc., and Tempest Transportation, Inc.—exchanging 10,000 preferred shares and 350 million common shares for 100% ownership, shifting strategic focus from prior oil and gas exploration to specialized logistics while appointing Ronen Koubi as CEO. This acquisition, which generated approximately $70 million in 2022 revenues and $3.6 million in EBITDA, supports expansion plans targeting $185 million in revenues and $8.1 million in EBITDA by 2025 through fleet modernization, new credit facilities for truck and warehouse growth, IT automation for cost efficiencies, and additional accretive acquisitions in an asset-light model. In February 2025, Florida Beauty, a division of Mogul Energy, entered a fleet fueling agreement with NextNRG Inc. to integrate sustainable energy solutions into its operations.
