- Gentili Mosconi S.p.A. is an Italy-based luxury textile manufacturer and converter that designs, develops, produces, and commercializes premium fabrics, finished textile accessories, and bespoke interior furnishings for international luxury fashion houses, haute couture brands, high-end hospitality groups, and the yachting industry. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Casnate con Bernate, Italy, the company operates within the renowned Como textile district and manages an integrated supply chain that spans creative concept design, historical pattern archiving, weaving, printing, dyeing, and finishing. The company offers its products and services across three primary business divisions: Fashion Fabrics, featuring printed silks, yarn-dyed textiles, jacquards, fil coupé, velvets, cottons, linens, and fine wool and cashmere weaves developed for ready-to-wear and haute couture apparel collections; Fashion Accessories, encompassing finished luxury accessories such as scarves, foulards, stoles, shawls, bandanas, neckties, pocket squares, and embroidered textile goods for men and women; Gentili Mosconi Home, delivering customized furnishing fabrics, bed linens, bath sets, table linens, decorative cushions, throws, upholstery fabrics, and specialized marine-grade interior and exterior textiles for superyachts, private residences, and luxury hotels; and Industrial Textile Services, providing third-party contract printing, digital textile printing, industrial dyeing, artisanal finishing, pattern design consulting, and certified laboratory quality control. Gentili Mosconi serves a global client base across Europe, North America, and Asia. In recent major corporate developments, the company completed its initial public offering on the Euronext Growth Milan market in February 2023. Following its listing, the group executed an active vertical integration strategy across the Italian luxury textile supply chain, acquiring a 70% controlling stake in dyeing specialist Tintoria Comacina S.r.l. in March 2024, which was subsequently increased to 90% in July 2024, while simultaneously acquiring a 36.36% strategic stake in digital printing specialist Creazioni Digitali S.r.l. In 2025, Gentili Mosconi further expanded its manufacturing capacity and product breadth through the acquisition of womenswear fabric producer Manifatture Tessili Bianchi 1981 S.r.l. and the establishment of Cesare Gatti S.r.l., a partnership owned 70% by Gentili Mosconi and 30% by Camozzi Group that acquired the business assets of historic Biella-based cashmere and noble fiber weaver Lanificio Cesare Gatti.
