Business
Moltiply Group S.p.A. operates as a holding company with two main business segments through its specialized divisions: Moltiply BPO&Tech and Mavriq. The Moltiply BPO&Tech division provides outsourcing and IT services primarily to financial institutions, offering proprietary technology solutions in several operational areas in Italy. Its key products and services include Moltiply Mortgages, which handles outsourcing for residential mortgage processing and para-notary services; Moltiply Real Estate, focusing on real estate appraisals and technical services for financial sector operators and debt collection; Moltiply Loans, which manages application processing and portfolio management for salary/pension guaranteed loans and SME loans backed by state guarantees; Moltiply Claims offering claims appraisal and third-party administration services; Moltiply Wealth, providing operational service solutions and technology platforms for investment and asset management firms; and Moltiply Lease, delivering BPO services and IT solutions for leasing and long-term rental companies. The Mavriq division operates in online comparison and broking of products and services across Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, and Mexico. Its scope includes broking of mortgage and consumer loans, insurance brokerage, and comparison and promotion of e-commerce, telecommunications, and energy services. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Italy, Moltiply Group has evolved from launching Italy’s first online mortgage broker to a diversified fintech and BPO service provider with a strong European presence. In recent strategic developments during 2025, Moltiply Group completed the acquisition of Verivox, a German online comparison platform, significantly expanding its Mavriq division's footprint and revenue stream across new international markets. The group saw robust revenue growth with consolidated sales hitting approximately €483 million for the first nine months of 2025, driven by contributions from all business lines and the integration of Verivox. Operationally, the group pursued share buyback programs and continued enhancements in its IT platforms, including an ongoing rollout of a new claims processing system. It also reoriented lending services to focus on equity release mortgages and took steps to adapt its leasing business to upcoming regulatory requirements effective in 2026. Moltiply Group serves financial institutions, investment managers, insurers, and consumers across multiple European countries and Mexico through its technology-driven outsourcing, loan broking, and comparison service offerings. The company maintains a strong position in the fintech sector by leveraging technology, proprietary platforms, and strategic acquisitions to broaden its product portfolio and geographic reach.
