- Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company engaged in the exploration, evaluation and advancement of nickel and platinum group metals mineral properties in North America. The Company’s principal asset is its 100%-owned Nickel Shäw Project, formerly known as the Wellgreen Project, a large undeveloped nickel sulphide project in southwestern Yukon, Canada, approximately 317 km northwest of Whitehorse and accessible via the paved Alaska Highway, with year-round access to deep-sea ports in southern Alaska. The project comprises the Wellgreen nickel-copper-platinum group metals deposit and the Arch, Burwash, Formula, Musk and Quill claims, encompassing 711 mineral claims and 91 quartz mining leases over approximately 14,650 hectares. Nickel Creek Platinum focuses on delineating, permitting and developing mineral resources containing nickel; copper; cobalt; platinum; palladium; gold; and other platinum group metals, with the objective of establishing a North American nickel, copper and PGM production operation. Its June 2023 mineral resource update reported measured and indicated resources containing more than 2.5 billion pounds of nickel, 1.3 billion pounds of copper, 137 million pounds of cobalt and 7.0 million ounces of platinum group metals. The Company completed a pre-feasibility study for the Nickel Shäw Project in 2023 and continues to assess project development, exploration and value-creation opportunities. Nickel Creek Platinum is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, and is headquartered in Oakville, Ontario. In late 2025, the Company completed a non-brokered private placement raising aggregate gross proceeds of approximately CAD1.8 million, including approximately CAD1.5 million in the first tranche and CAD276,000 in the second and final tranche; proceeds are designated for a proposed 2026 exploration drilling program, permitting activities, project holding costs and general working capital at the Nickel Shäw Project. In 2026, the Company also held its annual general and special meeting, at which shareholders approved the election of a five-member board of directors.
