American Lithium Corp. (TSX-V: LI, OTCQX: AMLIF) is a Canada-based exploration-stage mining company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium and uranium mineral properties in mining-friendly Tier 1 jurisdictions including the United States and Peru. Founded in 1974 and headquartered at 1030 West Georgia Street, Suite 710, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6E 2Y3, Canada, the company formerly known as Menika Mining Ltd. until its name change in April 2016, advances two advanced-stage lithium projects and one of the world's largest undeveloped uranium deposits. Its core assets include the TLC Lithium Project, a near-surface claystone lithium deposit in south-central Nevada proximate to Tesla's Gigafactory amenable to low-cost sustainable mining methods with no impact on protected species; the Falchani Lithium Project in southeastern Peru, ranked as the sixth-largest hard-rock lithium deposit globally at a 600 ppm Li cutoff and featuring a globally significant cesium resource alongside optimized processing flowsheets for sustainable extraction; and the Macusani Uranium Project, also in southeastern Peru approximately 25 kilometers from Falchani, containing substantial measured, indicated, and inferred uranium resources at a 75 ppm U cutoff suitable for low-cost production to support clean energy needs. American Lithium operates across the Americas with a strong emphasis on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, geographic and geological diversity, and scalable development in geopolitically stable regions aligned with U.S. critical minerals initiatives under the Trump Administration. In recent developments, the company achieved a landmark de-risking milestone on December 3, 2025, when Peru's Supreme Court issued Resolution No. 24 definitively consolidating full legal title to its 32 disputed mining concessions for the Falchani and Macusani projects, eliminating prior legal uncertainties and enabling accelerated technical work, permitting, and strategic advancement; reported results from its Annual General Meeting on November 26, 2025, with detailed board election outcomes; announced major process improvements and cesium resource highlights for Falchani on October 9, 2025, providing pilot plant optimization input; and closed an oversubscribed private placement on August 18, 2025, bolstering its financial position for ongoing exploration and development across its critical minerals portfolio.
