Orex Minerals explores for silver, gold, copper, lead and zinc deposits in epithermal and related systems, targeting junior to mid-tier producers through partnerships with major mining companies; its projects serve institutional investors, joint venture partners and the broader mining industry in North America. Founded in 1996 and headquartered at Suite 1130, 1055 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the company recently entered a binding term sheet on October 27, 2025, to sell its 45% interest in the Coneto silver-gold project to Silver Viper Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: VIPR), subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and closing by January 2026, providing shareholder liquidity while retaining exposure through equity in Silver Viper and a continued focus on remaining assets like Sandra and Jumping Josephine.
