Business
1933 Industries Inc. (CSE:TGIF) is a vertically integrated cannabis company focused on the cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution of consumer-branded cannabis and hemp-derived products primarily in Nevada; its core offerings include AMA-branded craft-style flower, infused pre-rolls, full-spectrum oils, high-quality distillates, vaporizer products, and boutique concentrates such as shatter, crumble, batter, sauce, sugar, cured resin, and live resin; as well as Level X branded products; and Canna Hemp wellness line featuring CBD, CBG, and CBN-infused tinctures, topicals, vaporizers, gummies, capsules, functional mushrooms, pet products, and effects-targeted formulations for sleep, relief, calm, focus, energy, sports recovery, and skin care. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company operates through wholly-owned U.S. subsidiaries Alternative Medicine Association LC (AMA), which manages a 68,000 square foot licensed indoor cultivation and production facility in Las Vegas servicing medical and adult-use markets, and Infused MFG LLC, which produces hemp-infused consumer packaged goods; all revenues derive from U.S. operations with AMA products consistently ranking among Nevada's top sellers in dispensaries. In June 2025, 1933 Industries completed the acquisition of the remaining 9% membership interest in AMA from a related party for USD 50,000 via share issuance, achieving 100% ownership through its subsidiary FN Pharmaceuticals and consolidating full control of its primary cultivation asset; the company also reported record annual revenues of $19.3 million for fiscal 2024 ended July 31, reflecting sustained growth in its Nevada wholesale market position.
