The company operates through three main segments—Environment, Digital Society, and Energy & Industry—serving utilities, automotive manufacturers, semiconductor firms, and industrial clients globally across Japan, Asia, North America, Europe, and other regions; founded in 1919 and headquartered in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, NGK maintains manufacturing facilities and subsidiaries in over 50 countries with key production concentrated in Japan.
