Recent developments include the March 2025 acquisition by wholly owned subsidiary Mahen Distribution of an 8.74% stake in Silvercity Brands AG, a Swiss watch company, enhancing its luxury watch market presence; prior acquisition of Estima AG for Swiss watch hands production; and ongoing expansion of Ethos retail stores and Eigen precision engineering facilities.
