The company offers a comprehensive range of basmati rice varieties including traditional basmati, 1121 basmati rice, Pusa basmati rice, Sharbati rice, basmati brown rice, raw rice, steam rice, silky raw rice, white parboiled rice and golden parboiled rice; non-basmati rice such as Indian long, medium and short grain white raw rice, white parboiled rice, golden parboiled rice and brown rice; and organic products under the Nimbark brand encompassing pulses, oils, spices, cereals, dry fruits, herbal goods and natural superfoods, with recent expansions into turmeric rice, spice mix rice and other rice-based ready-to-eat offerings. Products are available in various packaging sizes from 1kg to 25kg using PP bags, HDPE bags, non-woven fabric bags and jute bags, processed through fully automated milling, grading, polishing, sortexing and inert gas flushing facilities equipped with metal detectors. Founded in 1890 and headquartered in Mumbai with primary operations in Jammu and Kashmir, the company sources grains from Himalayan foothills including regions like Ranbir Singh Pura, Pallanwala, Kashmir and Bhaderwah, serving domestic retail, institutional channels and export markets in the Middle East, US, Canada and China. Sarveshwar Foods recently completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Natural Global Foods DMCC in Dubai, integrating it as a wholly owned subsidiary by December 2024 to strengthen Middle East operations, operational efficiencies and premium rice demand; it also launched new rice-based products under Nimbark in 2024 projected to generate INR 700-800 million in annual revenue with improved margins, distributed via high-end retailers and subsidiary Himalayan Bio Organic Foods Limited.
