Business
Swaraj Suiting Limited is an India-based textile manufacturing company primarily engaged in the production, processing, and trading of synthetic, cotton, and blended fabrics, denim fabrics, and specialized yarns. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India, the company operates integrated manufacturing, spinning, weaving, dyeing, and processing facilities serving domestic garment manufacturers, wholesalers, fabric retailers, and export markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. The company's core product and service portfolio comprises polyester-viscose (PV) blended suiting fabrics; polyester-cotton (PC) blended shirting and trouser fabrics; 100% cotton fabrics; denim fabrics, including raw, indigo-dyed, stretch, and ring-denim variants; open-end and rotor spun yarns; grey and processed fabrics; and customized job-work conversion services, including sizing, warping, weaving, dyeing, and chemical finishing for commercial textile clients. In recent developments, Swaraj Suiting has completed significant operational expansions to enhance its vertical integration, including the commissioning of a large-scale denim manufacturing and rotor spinning facility, integrating high-speed air-jet looms and advanced automated spinning infrastructure. Furthermore, the company expanded its eco-friendly and value-added product lines to include sustainable recycled-fiber denim and premium stretch fabrics, modernized its processing and effluent treatment facilities to support higher production throughput, and transitioned its equity shares from the SME platform to the main board of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), strengthening its institutional capital base and market reach.
