In recent developments, Syrma SGS announced in November 2025 the acquisition of 60% stake in Elcome Integrated Systems Private Limited for approximately Rs 235 crore in the first tranche, with Elcome simultaneously acquiring Navicom Technology International Private Limited, marking entry into defense and maritime sectors; it entered a joint venture with Premier Energies to acquire KSolare Energy Pvt Ltd, a Pune-based solar inverter manufacturer; and commenced groundwork on December 1, 2025, for a new PCB plant in Naidupeta in JV with Shinhyup, expected to create over 1,000 jobs; it also established its largest electronics manufacturing facility in Pune.
