NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: NWH.UN; OTC: NWHUF) is a Canadian open-ended real estate investment trust that owns and operates a diversified portfolio of high-quality international healthcare real estate infrastructure, including core infrastructure hospitals, specialty hospitals, outpatient and ambulatory care centres, multi-tenant medical office buildings, rehabilitation centres, specialty clinics, and healthcare-related assets such as aged care centres, research, education, and life science properties; the portfolio totals approximately 167 properties with more than 15.8 million square feet of gross leasable area across major urban markets in Canada, the United States, Brazil, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand.
