Business
Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is a precision manufacturer of mission-critical components for aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, military, sports, and specialty vehicle applications, with operations centered in Cerritos, California and a corporate office in Toronto, Ontario; the company was established in 1992 following the amalgamation of predecessor entities. Omni-Lite designs, develops, manufactures, and sells highly engineered products through three operating segments, including forged components, electronic components, and investment casting components; its product portfolio includes advanced metal fasteners and formed precision parts, vibration-resistant stainless steel fastener components, brake, transmission, engine and transmission-valve components, inventory control cups, military links and head caps, ceramic track spikes, and other specialty high-reliability components sold to Fortune 100 and other blue-chip customers in North America and selected international markets. The company emphasizes material-science-based engineering and contract manufacturing for rugged, high-performance applications, with sales and manufacturing support primarily in the United States and Canada. In recent periods, Omni-Lite expanded its business through the acquisition of Electronic Components, Inc. and continued to advance its aerospace and defense-focused platform while reporting fiscal 2026 results, including first-quarter and second-quarter updates in 2026.
