- BioQuest Corp. is a technology company specializing in the development and provision of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered voice and chat solutions aimed at automating communication and enhancing customer engagement for enterprises. Its main products and services include advanced conversational AI systems delivered through its subsidiary BotMakers, Inc., which offers an integrated AI platform featuring voice calling, text messaging, and chatbot capabilities applicable across industries such as telecommunications, retail, healthcare, and finance. The company also focuses on scalable AI-driven solutions designed to streamline customer interactions, increase operational efficiency, and support business service enhancements. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Newport Beach, California, BioQuest has recently undergone significant strategic expansion, marked by the acquisition of BotMakers, Inc. in a reverse merger transaction completed in March 2025. This acquisition positions BioQuest as a leader in conversational AI technology. Additionally, BioQuest has pursued partnerships and licensing agreements, including a notable licensing deal with Tonner One World Holdings to integrate BioQuest's proprietary AI voice technology in advanced financial analytics platforms. These strategic moves reinforce BioQuest's commitment to broadening its AI technology portfolio and enhancing its market presence. The company operates primarily in the United States and emphasizes innovation in AI applications across multiple business sectors. Its executive leadership includes CEO Trent T. Daniel, appointed following the acquisition transaction. BioQuest's business model integrates ongoing technology development, strategic acquisitions, and alliances to maintain competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving AI and software application industry. This description incorporates BioQuest's core AI product offerings, recent acquisition and merger activity, strategic partnerships, and operational focus as of late 2025.
