Paradium.AI, Inc., formerly The Arena Group Holdings, Inc., is a New York, New York-based technology, brand, data and intellectual-property company that develops and operates an AI-enabled infrastructure for media entrepreneurs, publishers, creators, advertisers and commerce partners. Founded in 1990, the Company builds, acquires, operates and scales digital-media brands and content assets across finance, lifestyle, sports, outdoor recreation, commerce and consumer-interest categories. Its portfolio includes Parade, TheStreet, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ and the Adventure Sports Network, including Surfer, Powder and Bike Magazine. The Company provides digital publishing and editorial-content operations; brand licensing; advertising, programmatic advertising and audience monetization; first-party data, audience targeting and personalization; commerce, affiliate and retail-media services; video, audio, social-media and short-form content production and distribution; and technology and operational services for creators and media partners. Its AI product suite includes Encore, a monetization and personalization engine that uses first-party signals to match content, offers and ad formats to audiences; InfoSentience, an automated data-driven natural-language-generation platform that converts live structured data into publishable, on-brand written content; and Cutter Studios, a video-production engine that converts long-form video and audio into channel-ready video clips, captions, articles and social posts. The Company principally serves digital audiences, advertisers, publishers, creators, licensors, retailers and commerce partners, with operations centered in the United States. In August 2026, the Company completed the acquisition of InfoSentience, formerly Fantasy Journalist, Inc., to expand its automated content-generation capabilities; launched Cutter Studios; refinanced its debt, extending the maturity of its term debt; and repositioned its strategy toward AI-driven content, monetization and personalization infrastructure. Effective August 31, 2026, the Company changed its legal name to Paradium.AI, Inc. and began trading on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol PAAI, replacing AREN.
