Its Health Care segment offers oral-care products, including toothbrushes, toothpastes and other oral-care products, under Crest and Oral-B; and personal-health-care products, including gastrointestinal remedies, pain-relief products, rapid diagnostics, respiratory treatments, vitamins, minerals and supplements, including Pepto-Bismol and Vicks. Its Baby, Feminine & Family Care segment supplies diapers, pants and baby wipes under Pampers and Luvs; menstrual-care and adult-incontinence products under Always, Tampax and Always Discreet; and paper towels, facial tissues and toilet paper under Bounty, Charmin and Puffs. The company distributes its products through mass merchandisers, grocery stores, membership clubs, drugstores, department stores, wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, specialty beauty retailers, professional channels, digital-commerce and social-commerce platforms, and direct-to-consumer channels. The Procter & Gamble Company was founded in 1837 and is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. It operates in approximately 65 countries and sells products in about 180 countries and territories, with international operations accounting for more than half of annual net sales. The company is incorporated in Ohio and conducts its operations through subsidiaries. In fiscal 2026, P&G reported net sales of $87.0 billion. Recent strategic developments include a portfolio and productivity plan announced in June 2025 to streamline the company’s portfolio and organization, improve its cost structure and reinvest in growth; the plan is expected to result in approximately $1.0 billion to $1.6 billion of pre-tax restructuring costs over two years, with implementation continuing through fiscal 2027. The company also continued portfolio optimization activities during fiscal 2026, including the dissolution of the Glad joint-venture business, and has indicated that brand, product-form and go-to-market discontinuations are part of its ongoing streamlining program.
