Primoris Services Corporation, a prominent specialty contractor, delivers a comprehensive array of construction, fabrication, maintenance, replacement, and engineering solutions across both the United States and Canada. The company operates through three principal divisions: Utilities, Energy, and Pipeline Services. The Utilities division is responsible for installing and maintaining infrastructure for new and existing natural gas distribution networks, electric utility transmission and distribution systems, and communication infrastructure. This also extends to supporting renewable energy integration. The Energy division provides a wide range of services, encompassing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for various projects, along with retrofitting, significant civil engineering initiatives like highway and bridge construction, site preparation, demolition, soil stabilization, large-scale excavation, flood control, system upgrades, repairs, outage support, and maintenance. These services cater to the renewable energy and energy storage sectors, renewable fuels, petroleum, refining, and petrochemical industries, as well as state transportation departments. The Pipeline Services division offers comprehensive pipeline construction, maintenance, facility development, and integrity management services. It also handles the installation of compressor and pump stations, alongside metering facilities for clients in the petroleum and petrochemical industries, in addition to gas, water, and sewer utilities. Established in 1960, the corporation is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and is recognized for its critical infrastructure contributions and expansion into renewable energy solutions.
