Primo Brands Corporation Primo Brands Corporation (PRMB) operates as a leading North American branded beverage company focused on healthy hydration, delivering responsibly sourced diversified offerings of spring, purified, sparkling, and flavored waters across multiple formats, channels, price points, and consumer occasions; its core products and services include packaged branded beverages under Poland Spring, Pure Life, Saratoga, Mountain Valley, Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, and Zephyrhills brands; purified waters such as Primo Water and Sparkletts; flavored and enhanced options like AC+ION and Splash Refresher; water dispensers; direct delivery of refillable and reusable bottles to homes and businesses; pre-filled water exchange programs at approximately 26,500 retail locations; self-service refill stations at around 23,500 sites; and water filtration units for residential and commercial customers. The company maintains a vertically integrated manufacturing and distribution network spanning every U.S. state and Canada, serving over 200,000 retail outlets, foodservice accounts, hotels, hospitals, convenience stores, offices, schools, and e-commerce channels with more than 80 springs, reusable multi-serve bottles, and sustainable packaging incorporating recycled plastic, aluminum, and glass. Founded through the 2024 merger of Primo Water Corporation and BlueTriton Brands, Inc., which created the entity and enabled trading under the PRMB ticker on the NYSE starting November 11, 2024, Primo Brands Corporation employs over 13,000 associates with dual headquarters in Tampa, Florida, and Stamford, Connecticut, and continues to pursue operational synergies, sustainability initiatives including water stewardship and circular packaging, and growth in the healthy beverage category.
