Pursuit serves leisure travelers seeking immersive nature, adventure and cultural experiences in locations around Banff and Jasper National Parks in Canada, Denali and Kenai Fjords National Parks and Talkeetna in Alaska, Glacier National Park in Montana, Arenal region in Costa Rica and urban flyover sites. Founded in 1926 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the company operates as a vertically integrated experience-driven tourism provider in the consumer discretionary sector with approximately 1,500 to 4,000 employees. Formerly Viad Corp, Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. rebranded and relocated its headquarters to Denver in January 2025 while divesting its GES business to Truelink Capital; it appointed David W. Barry as President and CEO with Board changes; secured a new credit facility led by Bank of America with BMO, KeyBank and Truist Bank to fund its Refresh, Build, Buy growth strategy including over $250 million in identified organic investments and acquisitions; acquired full ownership of Glacier Park subsidiary for $13 million from the Maughan family trust, which operates nine lodging properties and outlets; completed the $111 million acquisition of Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa in Costa Rica and tuck-in buys of Eddy's Cafe and Mercantile, Apgar Lookout Retreat and Montana House in Glacier; purchased Jasper SkyTram for CAD 23.7 million; authorized a $50 million share repurchase program; and raised full-year 2025 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $108-118 million while investing $38-43 million in growth projects such as the Woodland Wing refresh at Forest Park Hotel in Jasper.
