- Carolina Rush Corporation operates as a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of gold and copper mineral properties in the southeastern United States. The Company’s principal asset is the Brewer Gold-Copper Project, an approximately 1,000-acre, past-producing high-sulphidation epithermal gold-copper property in Chesterfield County, South Carolina, within the Carolina Slate Belt and near the Haile Gold Mine. Its activities include geological mapping; surface and subsurface sampling; geophysical surveys; resource delineation; diamond drilling; exploration targeting; and evaluation of near-surface epithermal gold mineralization, backfill-hosted gold and copper mineralization, and potential deeper porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization. The Brewer project has an NI 43-101-compliant maiden mineral resource estimate comprising indicated in-situ resources of 192,000 ounces of gold and 16.7 million pounds of copper and inferred in-situ resources of 210,000 ounces of gold and 8.3 million pounds of copper, in addition to inferred backfill resources of 139,000 ounces of gold and 9.7 million pounds of copper. Carolina Rush also holds and is expanding the adjacent Jefferson Project through additional mineral claims, supporting its regional exploration strategy in South Carolina. The Company’s customers and prospective counterparties include mining companies, strategic investors and other participants in the precious- and base-metals sector. In September 2025, Carolina Rush entered into an earn-in-to-joint-venture agreement with OceanaGold Corporation for the Brewer project; the agreement became effective in November 2025 and provides for OceanaGold to earn up to an 80% interest by funding up to US$20 million of exploration expenditures, including US$8 million to earn 50% by December 31, 2027 and an additional US$12 million to increase its interest to 80% by December 31, 2030, while also providing OceanaGold the ability to exercise Carolina Rush’s underlying option to acquire the Brewer property. During 2026, the partners initiated a funded deep-drilling program designed to test the project’s copper-gold porphyry potential, with OceanaGold funding the initial exploration program and contributing exploration advances. Carolina Rush was incorporated in 1996, was formerly known as Pancontinental Resources Corporation until its March 2023 name change, and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
