- RZOLV Technologies Inc. is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based clean-technology company developing proprietary, water-based hydrometallurgical solutions for the recovery of precious, base and critical metals. The Company’s principal product, RZOLV™, is a patent-pending, non-cyanide leaching reagent and metal-recovery platform designed as an alternative to cyanidation, mercury amalgamation, acid leaching, solvent-based processes and conventional concentrate smelting. RZOLV™ is intended to dissolve and recover gold, silver, copper and selected critical and base metals from complex, refractory and low-grade ores; gravity and flotation concentrates; tailings; legacy materials; and other mineralized waste streams. The technology is designed for heap and vat leaching; agitated tank leaching; concentrate treatment; tailings reprocessing; in-situ recovery applications; and sequential copper and gold recovery processes. The Company targets mining operators, mineral processors, project developers and owners of stranded, low-grade or environmentally challenging mineral deposits seeking potentially safer, lower-toxicity and cost-competitive recovery alternatives. RZOLV Technologies operates from North Vancouver, British Columbia, and traces its operating technology business to Innovation Mining Inc.; it completed a qualifying transaction with Innovation Mining in 2025 and subsequently adopted the RZOLV Technologies business identity, with its common shares commencing trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol RZL in October 2025. Recent developments include the July 2026 closing of an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement that raised gross proceeds of approximately C$1.90 million; a July 2026 non-binding letter of intent with Alkemio Bioscience Corporation to develop, validate and potentially commercialize an integrated modular rare-earth and critical-minerals recovery platform; an August 2026 memorandum of understanding with Novamera Inc. to evaluate combining Novamera’s Surgical Mining™ platform with RZOLV’s water-based non-cyanide recovery technology; and the introduction of the SEGR platform, a sequential electrochemical copper and gold recovery process intended to improve metal recovery from selected low-grade copper-gold materials. Independent SGS Canada testing announced in January 2026 reported gold recoveries of 98.7% for oxide-based gravity concentrates and 89.4% for sulfide-based gravity concentrates under the specified 96-hour laboratory leach conditions.
